CANCELLATION POLICY
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Between 30 and 45 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 50% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- Between 29 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PEAK SEASON:
- Between 90 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT

Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?

Does the total include flights and visas?
