The elegant units have private entrances and open onto a private balcony or patio. Each has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and the private bathroom comes with free toiletries.
Grocery stores, shops and restaurants are close by. The Humewood Links Golf Course is 2 km away and the Addo Elephant Park is a 1-hour drive away. Several malaria-free game reserves are also in the area and day trips can be arranged at reception.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is between 14h00 - 20h30
- Check-out is by 11h00 on day of departure. Any late departures can be arranged and will be based on availability.
- Later check-ins are not a problem, but to avoid being treated as a "no show" guests must please advise us so that necessary arrangements can be made.
CANCELLATION:
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Between 47 and 31 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 50% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled.
- Between 30 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children 13 and above are considered adults at this property.
Each child is charged R450 per night
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
The maximum number of extra beds and cribs allowed depends on the room you choose.
All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.
NOTE: Any name changes due to the member not being the one traveling it will be an additional R500.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
Can I pay cash upfront?
Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
