Once you have found your perfect Getaway of your choice, click on it and follow the instructions to go through the details, policies and the amount it will cost for the specified number of individuals. Click on Book It, then follow the prompts.
Due to Asambeni being a travel community of various individuals, it is important to ensure that every membership to be in the name of one person.

Yes, you may on most Getaways, unless specified otherwise on the Getaway details. The age range that defines who is considered a child may vary, depending on each hotel, cruise ship or country’s policies. There may be other restrictions from the destination on the number of additional people in each room and whether or not you can book an additional room for dependent children. So be sure to check these details in each Getaway listing before you book a trip.
You will have many options in terms of who you may take with on your Getaway. A minimum of 1 one (1) adult is required per Getaway that is aged 18 or older. You will then have the choice of adding a maximum of 3 more adults/kids to your Getaway, these may be just friends or can be family. Our booking terms allow one room to be booked per adult and all our prices are based on double occupancy.
Yes, certainly you have the option to upgrade your accommodation/room as long as there is availability and you accept an upgrade charge, if one is required. You will need to confirm with the hotel the rate at that time, which may vary from the rate when you made your original booking.
Unfortunately, it is great that others want to share, but Getaway points are member-only benefit. These points are personal to each member and can only be used by each member on the trips he or she books and travels on. Points can’t be combined or transferred between memberships

Let us know as soon as possible. Every trip booked needs to have your full legal names. There will be a name change fee if you let us know very later. For this reason, it is utterly important that you provide the correct information when booking your trip.
Let us know about your dietary requirements, and we’ll find out if the hotel or resort can accommodate you. While many offer dietary options, it all depends on their meal policies. We’ll do our best to help with these arrangements.
