Opening out onto a veranda with panoramic garden views, the elegant rooms at the Bakubung come with a flat-screen satellite TV. Private bathrooms come with a separate bath and shower.
Guests can enjoy the mix of local and international dishes prepared at the restaurant, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served every day. A coffee shop and bar are also available, while room service is also possible.
A tennis court and a children’s playground are available on site, and the Sun City Casino is 6.2 mi away.
The Pilanesberg airport is 9.9 mi away, and a shuttle service can be arranged upon request.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE WHEN BOOKING ON A WEEKEND:
- Minimum two-night stay on weekends.
- 3 Bedroom & 4 Bedroom Villas - Only select the dates and ignore choosing amount of people as it is already displayed on the title.
- If you book the 3 & 4 Bedroom Villas between Monday - Thursday we provided lower rates for you.
WHATS INCLUDED:

- Please ask what may be included for the dates you want to book as there may be Game Drives included and more during your dates.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is from 14h00
- Check-out is by 10h00 on day of departure. Any late departures can be arranged and will be based on availability.
- Later check-ins are not a problem, but to avoid being treated as a "no show" guests must please advise us so that necessary arrangements can be made.
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be done in writing by an e-mail. If a booking is cancelled, the following costs will apply
Should a booking be cancelled, the following portion of the deposit paid, may be retained:
- If cancelled 40 days before arrival date 10% of total price will be charged.
- If cancelled 7-39 days before arrival date 50% of total price will be charged.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive or bookings cancelled within 5 days of arrival
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 50% is required 39 days before arrival of booking
- A total of 100% is required 6 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children 18 and above are considered adults at this property.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
Can I pay cash upfront?
Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
