- Early check in (after 06h00) or late check out (up to 18h00) will be charged 50% of one night’s bed and breakfast rate, after which an additional night’s room charge will be levied – subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations will only be effective once we have acknowledged receipt and confirmed the said cancellation.
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 10% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 32+ days prior to the arrival date.
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 0-31 days prior to the arrival date.
- No Shows and Early Departures forfeit 100% are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 50% is required 32 days before arrival of booking
- A total of 100% is required 0 - 31 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
- A third adult / child 3 years to 11 years can be accommodated at a cost of ZAR450 per night inclusive of breakfast
- A third child of 11 years to 18 years can be accommodated at a cost of ZAR650 per night supplement inclusive of breakfast – subject to full double occupancy paying guest. (kindly enquire at time of reservation – subject to availability)
- Infants below 3 years will be provided with a cot complimentary
- The Hotel Management may request proof of age
NOTE: Name change on the booking can be done for an additional R500 should the member not travel with.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
