Later check-ins are not a problem, but to avoid being treated as a "no show" guests must please advise us so that necessary arrangements can be made.
Check-out is by 10:00 am on day of departure, however, luggage may be left with us after check-out and collected later in the day.
CANCELLATION:
- 47 Days and more prior to the arrival date, the member has the right to cancel, postpone or reduce the value of the booking without penalty:
- Between 45 and 33 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 25% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking either be cancelled;
- Between 30 and 20 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 50% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking either be cancelled;
- 14 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 80% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking cancelled.
- No shows will be charged for in full.
Prepayment:
- 50% can be made on booking if it falls outside of the 14 days of arrival date.
- 14 days prior to your arrival full payment needs to be made.
- If the reservation is made within the 14 days 100% payment needs to be made.
No Shows Will Results In 100% Booking Fee Forfeit which is non-refundable.
Children & Beds
Children 18 and above are considered adults at this property.
Children 12 years and under can get accommodated and eat breakfast for free as long as they share a bedroom with two adults.
NOTE: Any name changes due to the member not being the one traveling it will be an additional R500.
The conservation levies or other special levies unrelated to the provision of accommodation are not included.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
Can I pay cash upfront?
Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
