CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be done in writing by an e-mail. If a booking is cancelled, the following costs will apply
Should a booking be cancelled, the following portion of the deposit paid, may be retained:
- If cancelled after reservation you will be charged 100% of the total price
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive
