CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations will only be effective once we have acknowledged receipt and confirmed the said cancellation.
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 10% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 32+ days prior to the arrival date.
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 0-31 days prior to the arrival date.
- No Shows and Early Departures forfeit 100% are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 50% is required 32 days before arrival of booking
- A total of 100% is required 0 - 31 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.
If you are travelling with children under 18 years, to ensure you pay the correct price please select a rate that has child occupancy specified.
Cot and extra bed policies
- 0 - 2 years old are FREE
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.

Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
