Cancellations will only be effective once we have acknowledged receipt and confirmed the said cancellation.

Bookings cancelled are subject to a 10% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 32+ days prior to the arrival date.
Bookings cancelled are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 0-31 days prior to the arrival date.
No Shows and Early Departures forfeit 100% are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

PREPAYMENT:

You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation

A total of 50% is required 32 days before arrival of booking
A total of 100% is required 0 - 31 days before arrival of booking
100% prepayment for all 1 night stays

You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
