Set up as part of the Lagoon Beach Hotel complex, each individually decorated apartment comprises an open-plan lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen.
Guests can make use of the outdoor swimming pool, which is surrounded by a large terrace with sun-loungers.
The Camelot Spa offers a range of treatments including massages, facials and body wraps. Guests can also make use of the on-site gym and sauna.
The hotel’s Brasserie Restaurant offers dishes prepared with fresh local ingredients in elegant surroundings. Guests can enjoy views of the ocean and Robben Island from La Mizu.
Beach Hotel is 1.5 km from the centre of Milnerton. The key attractions of Cape Town, including the Two Oceans Aquarium, District Six Museum and Table Mountain, are 10 minutes’ away by car.
IMPORTANT WHEN BOOKING:
- A damage deposit of ZAR1000 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable 7 days after check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
WHATS INCLUDED:
- Breakfast if booked within the Hotel and not the Self-catering apartments.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is from 14h00
- Check-out is by 10h00 on day of departure. Any late departures can be arranged and will be based on availability.
- Later check-ins are not a problem, but to avoid being treated as a "no show" guests must please advise us so that necessary arrangements can be made.
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be done in writing by an e-mail. If a booking is cancelled, the following costs will apply
Should a booking be cancelled, the following portion of the deposit paid, may be retained:
- If cancelled 40 days before arrival date 10% of total price will be charged.
- If cancelled 7-39 days before arrival date 50% of total price will be charged.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive or bookings cancelled within 5 days of arrival
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 50% is required 39 days before arrival of booking
- A total of 100% is required 6 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children aged 3 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Cot and extra bed policies
- 0 - 2 years old are for FREE
- 3+ years old are for ZAR 425 per person, per night
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
The maximum number of extra beds and cots allowed is dependent on the room you choose. Please check your selected room for the maximum capacity.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
NOTE: Any name changes due to the member not being the one traveling it will be an additional R500.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT

Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
