CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND REDUCTION POLICY
- All changes to the original booking must be received in writing via email
- 47 Days and more prior to the arrival date, the member has the right to cancel, postpone or reduce the value of the booking without penalty:
- Between 45 and 33 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 25% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking either be cancelled or reduced;
- Between 30 and 20 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 50% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking either be cancelled or reduced;
- Between 19 and 14 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 90% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking either be cancelled or reduced;
- Between 13 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking either be cancelled or reduced;
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 50% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- A total of 100% is required 15 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
