• Check in time is 14h00 to 20h00. Check-out time is 8h00 to 11h00
Cancellation: Note that if cancelled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Prepayment: You'll be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.
Taxes and service charges: 15 % VAT is included. A City tax is not applicable. A Property service charge is not applicable.

Children 6 years and above are considered adults at this property.
There is no capacity for cots at this property.
Name Change Policy: Name changes are subject to a R500 name change fee.
In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.
Pets are not allowed. No extra charges.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
Can I pay cash upfront?
Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
