CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be done in writing by an e-mail. If a booking is cancelled, the following costs will apply
- Should a booking be cancelled, the following portion of the deposit paid, may be retained:
- If cancelled 22+ days before arrival date 30% of total price will be charged.
- If cancelled 15-21 days before arrival date 100% of total price will be charged.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive or bookings cancelled within 5 days of arrival
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 30% is required 60+ days before arrival of booking
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Cot and extra bed policies
- 0 - 2 years old are Free
- 3+ years is an Extra bed it will be ZAR 500 per person, per night
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
NOTE: Any name changes due to the member not being the one traveling it will be an additional R500.
