CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is between 15h00 - 00h00
- Check-out is by 12h00 on day of departure. Any late departures can be arranged and will be based on availability.
- Later check-ins are not a problem, but to avoid being treated as a "no show" guests must please advise us so that necessary arrangements can be made.
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be done in writing by an e-mail. If a booking is cancelled, the following costs will apply
Should a booking be cancelled, the following portion of the deposit paid, may be retained:
- If cancelled 22+ days before arrival date 30% of total price will be charged.
- If cancelled 15-21 days before arrival date 100% of total price will be charged.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive or bookings cancelled within 5 days of arrival
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 30% is required 22+ days before arrival of booking
- A total of 100% is required 15 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children 13 and above are considered adults at this property.

Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
