- Check out time is by 11:00
- Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check in /out times.
CANCELLATION:
Should the member cancel this booking the following penalties will apply:
- If cancelled 60+ days before arrival the member will be charged 50%
- If cancelled 30- days before arrival the member will be charged 100%
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 50% is required 60 days before arrival of booking
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children under 12 years allowed only upon prior arrangements sent in writing.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
NOTE: Any name changes due to the member not being the one traveling it will be an additional R500.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT

Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
