Each suite at Singa has a mix of Eastern and African décor, and a private patio overlooking the garden. The suites also have a luxurious open-plan bathroom with free toiletries and private toilets.
Breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room with its wooden chairs and large windows. Dinner can be arranged by request and is served until 21:00. A cocktail bar is also available for late afternoon or evening drinks.
The Singa Lodge provides laundry services, dry cleaning and room service. Airport shuttles are available to Port Elizabeth Airport, 7.5 km away.
The Boardwalk Casino is 2 km away from the lodge. The 24-hour reception can help arrange ocean activities and wildlife game safaris.

- Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Between 47 and 31 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 50% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- Between 30 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PEAK SEASON:
- Between 90 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking, but 100% payment is required 90 days before arrival of booking in Peak Season.
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Cot and extra bed policies
- 0 - 2 years old is FREE
- 3 years old is FREE which is an Extra bed upon request
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
The maximum number of extra beds and cots allowed is dependent on the room you choose.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
NOTE: Name change on the booking can be done for an additional R500 should the member not travel with.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT

Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
