Sandy B Private Beach Club has a sun deck and serves a wide range of exotic drinks.
Guests can enjoy an in-room massage, or visit the spa centre for a beauty treatment. The hotel has a fitness centre with free weights and a tennis club with 5 outdoor courts.
The Bay Hotel is 4 km from the Table Mountain Cableway and only 9 km from the V&A Waterfront. It offers a 24-hour front desk service.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is between 14h00 - 00h00
- Check out time is by 11h00
- Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Between 47 and 31 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 50% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- Between 30 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PEAK SEASON:
- Between 90 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
PREPAYMENT:
A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking, but 100% payment is required 90 days before arrival of booking in Peak Season.

CHILDREN & BEDS:
- Sharing children must be requested at the time of booking.
- One child up to and including 2 years old can be accommodated in a cot.
- One child under the age of 14 years can be accommodated in a daybed.
- Two children under the age of 14 years can be accommodated with 2 adults in a Suite or the Penthouse, and is subject to availability.
- Should a daybed be occupied, a baby cot may not be added and vice versa.
- Children over the age of 14 years are considered adults and must occupy their own room.
- Third adult travelling must occupy their own room.
- Where additional persons sharing have not been requested at time of booking, sharing cannot be guaranteed.
- Children sharing on a Day/Sofabed (3 -14 years) or a cot (0-2 years) pay the applicable per child sharing rate, per night of R350.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
NOTE: Name change on the booking can be done for an additional R500 should the member not travel with.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
Can I pay cash upfront?
Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
