The individually decorated rooms feature heating, a satellite TV and tea-and-coffee making facilities. Each room has a private bathroom and some rooms are sea facing and have a balcony.
A buffet breakfast and a dinner menu is served daily in The Crest, dine Al fresco overlooking the Indian Ocean at The Verandah, which serves a choice of cuisines throughout the day. The Ginger Restaurant specialises in steaks and seafood dishes.
Guests can sunbathe poolside, relax on the sun terrace and enjoy a variety of cocktails or refreshments from the bar. Local activities include snorkelling, swimming and day trips. Pumba Private Game Reserve is a 1-hour drive away.
Port Elizabeth Airport is 5 km away. An airport shuttle service is available upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Between 47 and 31 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 50% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- Between 30 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
Can I pay cash upfront?
Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
