The hotel’s 95 rooms are all en-suite, comfortably furnished and ready for business or leisure with uncapped WiFi, garden or pool views, and a selection of convenient amenities. For business guests there’s four venues for up to 120 attendees and excellent support services to ensure your work trip or corporate retreat is a success.
With a history dating back more than a hundred-years, the famous naturally heated pools make The Caledon Hotel & Spa truly special. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Victorian Bathhouse, warm and cold pools, fitness centre, and relaxation area. A menu of indulgent health and beauty treatments is available at the award-winning spa.
A selection of Italian style favourites is served all-day at the da Vinci restaurant, while delicious Ala Carte dining and mountain views is on offer at the Black Sheep Diner and Blue Crane restaurants. Be entertained in The Caledon casino next door, or explore the area’s rich natural beauty and heritage, from wine farms to mountain hikes.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is between 14h00 - 00h00
- Check out time is by 11h00
- Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Between 47 and 31 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 50% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- Between 30 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PEAK SEASON:
- Between 90 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking, but 100% payment is required 90 days before arrival of booking in Peak Season.
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

NOTE: Name change on the booking can be done for an additional R500 should the member not travel with.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
Can I pay cash upfront?
Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
