This hotel offers stylish rooms with modern furniture and a satellite TV. All rooms have private bathrooms equipped with double volume showers. Some rooms overlook the pool or have a balcony with views of the mountains or the Atlantic Ocean.
The Glen Boutique Hotel & Spa also offers apartment accommodations located within 350 m of the hotel and guests of these apartments have access to the hotel facilities.
Guests can enjoy continental or full English breakfast, and an á la carte menu for round-the-clock informal dining. They can dine at the terrace overlooking the swimming pool or at the restaurant. A good selection of fresh juices, teas and coffee's is available throughout the day.
The hotel’s spa offers a spacious steam room, a traditional Swedish sauna, and a hot tub. In-room massages are also available.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- A full buffet and a la carte breakfast is included in the room price and is served from 6:30 -10:30 during weekdays and 6:30-11:00 on weekends.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is from 14:00
- Later check-ins are not a problem, but to avoid being treated as a "no show" guests must please advise us so that necessary arrangements can be made.
- Check-out is by 11:00 on day of departure.
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be done in writing by an e-mail. If a booking is cancelled, the following costs will apply
Should a booking be cancelled, the following portion of the deposit paid, may be retained:
- If cancelled 30 days before arrival you will be charged 10% of the total price
- If cancelled 8-30 days before arrival date 60% of total price will be charged
- A 100% cnacellation fee will be charged for guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive or bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price in the 47 days before arrival
- A total of 50% is required 32 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
- An additional R300 administration fee applies. In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property. No cots or extra beds are available.
NOTE: Any name changes due to the member not being the one traveling it will be an additional R500.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
Can I pay cash upfront?
Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
