The Hyde All Suite Hotel

Located in Sea Point, the Hyde All Suite Hotel offers modern, fully serviced boutique apartments and studios. It boasts a rooftop pool and a courtyard restaurant with a bar. Free fibre WiFi and secure parking is available.

The stylish, contemporary furnishings and earthy tones make for a comfortable atmosphere and add to The Hyde's elegant design. All spacious apartments and studios are equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a seating and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The hotel offers an in-house restaurant, where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed. Room service is provided from midday to 22:30.

Guests can work out in the gym or request a relaxing massage in the comfort of their own apartment.

Staff at the Hyde All Suite Hotel can assist guests in organizing trips and excursions, while an airport shuttle service is available on request. A complimentary shuttle to the V&A Waterfront and the Cape Town CBD is available.

  • Check-in time is between 14h00 - 00h00
  • Check out time is by 10h00
  • Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
  • Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our reservation department at info@asambeni.com
Cancellations will only be effective once we have acknowledged receipt and confirmed the said cancellation.
  • Bookings cancelled are subject to a 50% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 8 - 14 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Bookings cancelled are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 0-7 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Bookings cancelled between 22 December and 04 January, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Bookings cancelled between 22 December and 04 January, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
  • No Shows and Early Departures:
    • Reservations that fail to arrive are subject to a 100% „no-show‟ fee on the booked value for the entire stay. 
    • Reservations that leave before their scheduled date of departure are subject to a 100% Cancellation fee on the booked value for the entire stay.

PREPAYMENT:

You'll be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation
  • A total of 50% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
  • A total of 100% is required 8 - 14 days before arrival of booking
  • 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays

CHILDREN & BEDS:

Children are welcome
Children staying in a room by themselves will be charged the full adult rates.
  • A maximum of 1 infant, up to the age of 2yrs can share any Suite with parents, there will be no supplement charge for the use of a cot.
  • A maximum of 2 Children, 3 – 12yrs can share a Deluxe or Executive Suite with parents, a supplement of R200 per child per night will apply.
  • A maximum of 2 Children 13 -17yrs can share an Executive Suite with parents, a supplement of R400 per child per night will apply.
  • A person 18yrs and older sharing with 2 adults will be considered an adult and can only be accommodated in an Executive Suite, a supplement of R800 per additional adult per night will apply.
  • If 1 adult and 1 child are sharing one room, the double occupancy rate will apply.

NOTE: Name change on the booking can be done for an additional R500 should the member not travel with.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet

You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT

Can I pay cash upfront?

Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT

Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?

Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.

Does the total include flights and visas?

No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
