All air-conditioned rooms and suites are tastefully decorated in warm African-inspired décor. Each room features a satellite TV, safe and mini-bar. The private bathroom includes free toiletries. Some units feature a sauna.

The intimate, fine-dining Plume restaurant combines local and modern into a Afro-French cuisine creating a tasteful fusion. This stylish restaurant also features a Champagne Bar.
The Royal Salon spa features a range of beauty treatments and massages. The resort also features a variety of facilities which include a tennis court, casino, and the man-made beach of the Valley of Waves.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE WHEN BOOKING:
- Any family rooms, will include 2 kids and 2 adults. Therefore, only choose the dates and not the amount of people.
- Mid-week bookings will be lower rates, therefore you will have receive the lower rates once you have chosen your dates.

- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Resort reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 10% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 32+ days prior to the arrival date.
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 0-31 days prior to the arrival date.
- No Shows and Early Departures are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children 13 and above are considered adults at this property.
Crib and extra bed policies
There's no capacity for cribs at this property.
This property doesn't offer extra beds.
NOTE: Name change on the booking can be done for an additional R500 should the member not travel with.

Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?

Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
