The Sands @ St Francis

Featuring direct access to the beach and an infinity pool, The Sands is located in St. Francis Bay overlooking the Indian Ocean. It includes a restaurant and a bar, and provides free parking.

The large rooms at The Sands @ St Francis feature a patio or a terrace with ocean views, and include a marble bathroom with spa bath. Elegantly decorated with exposed beams and wooden floors, they all have a seating area with a satellite TV.

The restaurant has panoramic views, and serves light lunches and gourmet dinners that can also be enjoyed on the terrace. A buffet-style breakfast is also prepared every morning at The Sands.

During the cold days, guests can enjoy a glass of fine South African wine in the living room, in front of the open fire. A steam room is also available upon request.

Jeffreys Bay is 21 mi, while Port Elizabeth Airport is 83 mi away.

Check-in time between 14h00 - 14h30
The check-out time is 11h00
Early check-in (after 06h00) or late check-out (up to 18h00) will be charged 50% of one night’s bed and breakfast rate, after which an additional night’s room charge will be levied – subject to availability
Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be subject to one full night’s bed & breakfast rate.

CANCELLATION:

Note that if cancelled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
All cancellations will only be accepted in writing and the following penalties will apply:

Reservation cancelled within 32-60 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee applies
Reservation cancelled within 0-31 days prior to arrival a 100% cancellation fee applies
No Show reservations will be charged in full

Peak Season:

31 – 60 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee will be charged
0 – 30 days prior to arrival a 100% cancellation fee will be charged

PREPAYMENT:

You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation

A total of 50% is required 32 days before arrival of booking
A total of 100% is required 0 - 31 days before arrival of booking
100% prepayment for all 1 night stays

CHILDREN & BEDS:

Children under 8 years by prior arrangement.
The applicable Child Rate will apply to children older than 3 years, when sharing with two full paying adults.
Children under the age of 3 years will be accommodated on Complimentary Basis, when sharing with two full paying adults, in either a cot or stretcher bed. Dependant on room availability

A Child can only be accommodated in Room 4 which offers a Single Day Bed(child under 12)

NOTE: Name changes are subject to an R500 name change fee.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet

You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
