The apartments feature elegant design in neutral colors and include a lounge with a flat-screen, satellite TV and free WiFi. The bathrooms come with free toiletries and contain a bath, shower and heated towel racks.

With the addition of our Old Harbor Cafe, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast before starting a day exploring Hermanus.
Guests can enjoy a game of golf on the Hermanus Golf Course, only 0.9 mi away, or whale watching from the coast. The tour desk can help organize other activities, including sea kayaking and wine tours. Guests staying at the Whale Coast All-Suite Hotel for 3 nights or longer gain the benefit of a complimentary shuttle that operates between the hotel and restaurants within the Hermanus Village.
Free undercover parking is provided at the Whale Coast All-Suite Hotel, and Cape Town International Airport is a 65 mi drive away.

- Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Between 47 and 31 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 50% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- Between 30 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PEAK SEASON:
Between 90 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking, but 100% payment is required 90 days before arrival of booking in Peak Season.
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children 6 and above are considered adults at this property.
Crib and extra bed policies
There's no capacity for cribs at this property.
This property doesn't offer extra beds.
NOTE: Name change on the booking can be done for an additional R500 should the member not travel with.

You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
