Each air-conditioned room at the Wild Coast Sun has an en suite bathroom, satellite TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served daily in the hotel's restaurant.
The hotel is located only a kilometre south of KwaZulu-Natal. The property has a casino and also offers a collection of shops. Guests can also enjoy a game of golf at the Wild Coast Country Club.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE WHEN BOOKING:
- Any family rooms, will include 2 kids and 2 adults. Therefore, only choose the dates and not the amount of people.
- Mid-week bookings will be lower rates, therefore you will have receive the lower rates once you have chosen your dates.

- Check-in time is from 15h00
- Check out time is by 10h00
- Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 10% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 32+ days prior to the arrival date.
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 0-31 days prior to the arrival date.
- No Shows and Early Departures are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
PREPAYMENT:
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

0 - 1 year - Cot upon request are Free
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
1 cot available upon request.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
NOTE: Name change on the booking can be done for an additional R500 should the member not travel with.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT
Can I pay cash upfront?
Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
