You will be able to contact Asambeni should you require assistance while on your trip. This is to ensure that you have a great Getaway while in St. Lucia. One of the Asambeni Getaway Gateway member will share their contact details for you to contact them should there be any issues.
Transportation
Flights are not included in the trip. Should you need to book a flight, you would have to book to land at the King Shaka International Airport or you can contact Asambeni Getaway to assist you with getting one of the best flight prices to KZN. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.
NOTE: There will be no transfers between the airport and hotel, that can be arranged for you on request.

Itinerary
Day 1
- Check into the hotel at any time after 2p.m.
- 2-5 p.m.: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
- 6:30 p.m.: Welcome reception at the hotel with alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks (1 per person)
- The rest of the evening at your leisure. Dinner is at your own expense.
Day 2
- 6:30-10 a.m.: Breakfast in the main dining room.
- Rest of the day at your leisure
- Resort activities are recommended.
Day 3
- 6:30-9:30 a.m.: Breakfast in the main dining room.
- Check out of the hotel by 10 a.m.
*The minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years. Age is determined at the time of travel.

Hotel Details
Each guest unit at Alpine Heath Resort features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area with a sofa and a dining area. The modern kitchens have a microwave, a tea/coffee maker and cutlery.
A well-equipped fitness centre is on site for those who like to stay in shape. After a workout, guests can unwind with a rejuvenating massage treatment. There is also a 24-hour front desk, a tennis court and a bicycle rental service provided.
Alpine Heath Resort has many dining options for guests including regional dishes cooked in a traditional clay oven. Meals can be enjoyed in the restaurant, on the terrace or in the privacy of guests’ rooms. There are also braai barbecue facilities available.
The Alpine Heath offers free parking on site. The Royal National Park is a 20-minute drive away.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is from 14h00
- Check out time is by 10h00
- Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- All changes to the original booking must be received in writing via email
- Between 47 and 31 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 50% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- Between 13 and 0 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
- No shows will be charged for in full.
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 21 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
