Kagga Kamma Nature Reserve is in the wilderness of the Swartruggens area, in the peaceful Southern Cederberg Mountains, in the Western Cape, South Africa. Kagga Kamma Nature Reserve is renowned for its scenic beauty and dramatic rock formations typical of the Cederberg region.

Kagga Kamma Nature Reserve offers unique excursions and fun activities such as Rock Art Tours, guided Nature Drives and Quad Bike Safaris, Hiking trails and Stargazing at the mini Observatory. Relax at the Resort's swimming pool while marveling at the surrounding rock formations, or enjoy a sundowner as the sky changes colour in the late afternoon. The Spa offers wellness treatments to relax and rejuvenate and of course, the spectacular landscape provides for the most remarkable views and astonishing backdrops at every turn, with subtle highlights as each day and season proceeds.

Activities and Excursions
2.1. The Full Board package includes a choice of two excursions per person per day from the following Tour options:
Rock Art Tour, Sundowner Tour, Morning Nature Drive and Late Night Nature Drive.
2.2. All activities and excursions are subject to availability, are weather permitting and take place at the discretion
of management and guides.
2.3. Activities and Excursions not specified in the package are for guests' own account.

- One night on the honeymoon package is permitted per person; each night booked thereafter will be subject to standard room rates. Optional add-ons can be arranged
- Valid for reservations with an occupation date per seasonal package
- The Open Air Rooms can be booked at an additional cost per night, per couple, weather permitting from 1 September 2019 – 30 April 2020 and 1 January 2020 – 30 April 2020 during the warmer months
- Honeymoon Package includes accommodation in the Honeymoon Cave Suite. Air-conditioned room with en-suite bathroom, all main meals, including a picnic lunch, a romantic turndown as well as sparkling wine and a cheese platter in room upon arrival, one excursions per person per day and an African Wood Back and Neck Massage per person per stay
- This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or special and cannot be redeemed for cash

10.1.1. The last 35km to the lodge is a gravel road.
10.1.2. The road is accessible to 4x4 and standard Sedan vehicles without lowered suspension.
10.1.3. The road is not suitable for sports vehicles.
10.2. Travel by Air
10.2.1. Kagga Kamma does not offer or provide a charter flight service.
10.2.2. Guests fly in with their privately-owned/hired aircraft.
10.2.3. Planning should be done to determine runway suitability for aircraft performance.
10.2.4. The airfield is situated in the Nature Reserve, please fly over and check for animals before landing.
