Transportation
Flights are not included in the trip. Should you need to book a flight, you would have to book to land at the Pilanesberg International Airport or you can contact Asambeni Getaway to assist you with getting one of the best flight prices to North West. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.
NOTE: There will be no transfers between the airport and hotel, that can be arranged for you on request.

Itinerary
Day 1
- Check into the hotel at any time after 2 p.m.
- 2-5 p.m.: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
- 6:30 p.m.: Welcome reception at the hotel with alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks (1 per person)
- The rest of the evening at your leisure. Dinner is at your own expense.
Day 2
- 6:30-10 a.m.: Buffet breakfast in the main dining room.
- Day at the valley of Waves & Sun City Resort (at your own expense)
- 6 p.m.: Dinner at one of Sun City Restaurant of your choosing
- Voucher of R350 per person for dinner
Day 3
- 6:30-10 a.m.: Buffet breakfast in the main dining room.
- Check out of the hotel by 11 a.m.
*The minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years. Age is determined at the time of travel.

The Palace of the Lost City at Sun City Resort
The Palace of the Lost City is located in the Sun City Resort, adjacent to the Pilanesberg National Park. It features an exclusive outdoor swimming pool, tropical garden and a Gary Player-designed 18-hole golf course.
All air-conditioned rooms and suites are tastefully decorated in warm African-inspired décor. Each room features a satellite TV, safe and mini-bar. The private bathroom includes free toiletries. Some units feature a sauna.
The Palace offers a variety of restaurants serving local and international cuisines. Restaurants include Crystal Court serving traditional South African dishes. The intimate, fine-dining Plume restaurant combines local and modern into a Afro-French cuisine creating a tasteful fusion. This stylish restaurant also features a Champagne Bar.
The Royal Salon spa features a range of beauty treatments and massages. The resort also features a variety of facilities which include a tennis court, casino, and the man-made beach of the Valley of Waves.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
- Check in time is 14h00. Check-out time is 11h00
- Early check in (after 06h00) or late check out (up to 18h00) will be charged 50% of one night’s bed and breakfast rate, after which an additional night’s room charge will be levied – subject to availability
- Guaranteed early check in or late check out will be subject to one full night’s bed & breakfast rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All changes to the original booking must be received in writing via email
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 10% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 32+ days prior to the arrival date.
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 0-31 days prior to the arrival date.
- No Shows and Early Departures are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children 13 and above are considered adults at this property.
Crib and extra bed policies
There's no capacity for cribs at this property.
This property doesn't offer extra beds.
Name Change Policy: Name changes are subject to a R500 name change fee.
In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
