- You will be able to contact Asambeni should you require assistance while on your trip. This is to ensure that you have a great Getaway while at The Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa. Transportation
Flights are not included in the trip. Should you need to book a flight, you would have to book to land at the Cape Town International Airport or you can contact Asambeni Getaway to assist you with getting one of the best flight prices to Cape Town. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.
NOTE: There will be no transfers between the airport and hotel, that can be arranged for you on request.

Itinerary
Day 1
- Check into the hotel at any time after 3 p.m.
- 2-5 p.m.: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
- 5 p.m.: Welcome reception at the hotel with alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks (1 per person)
- 6 p.m.: Dinner either at the Azure Restaurant or Café Grill
- Use in-house Cinema, enjoyed with popcorn & candy
Day 2
- 6:30-10 a.m.: Buffet breakfast in the main dining room.
*The minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years. Age is determined at the time of travel.

Hotel Details
This ocean-front hotel overlooks the Twelve Apostles mountain range and provides free transfers to Camps Bay and V&A Waterfront. It features the award winning Sanctuary Spa with rock pools.
Guests are welcomed with a complimentary drink and can relax in one of the spacious rooms of the Twelve Apostles Hotel. Each room is decorated with gentle colors and comes with modern facilities, such as DVD player and movie library access.
With a panoramic outdoor location, the Azure Restaurant serves fine indigenous and international cuisine prepared with the best organic ingredients. The restaurant makes use of its homegrown wild vegetation to create desserts.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is from 14h00 to 00h00
- Check out time is by 11h00
- Requests for early arrival or late check out must be made directly with the Hotel
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All changes to the original booking must be received in writing via email
- Note that if canceled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
PEAK SEASON:
- Between 90 days prior to the arrival date, the member will be charged 100% of the portion of the cancelled booking value should the booking be cancelled;
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking, but 100% payment is required 90 days before arrival of booking in Peak Season.
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays
CHILDREN & BEDS:
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children 12 and above are considered adults at this property.
To see correct prices and occupancy info, add the number and ages of children in your group to your search.
Crib and extra bed policies
- 0 - 2 years old are FREE
- 3 - 11 years old are FREE
Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
The maximum number of extra beds and cribs allowed depends on the room you choose.
All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.
Name Change Policy: Name changes are subject to a R500 name change fee.
In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Do I need the whole amount available in my wallet
You do not need to have the whole amount available in your travel wallet. Any outstanding amount may be settled by EFT

Yes, you can pay cash upfront. Even if you have the full, or partial amount in your travel wallet, if you choose to you may pay for your trip entirely with case, sent to us by EFT
Can I get a refund if I can't make my trip?
Yes, a full or partial refund may be applicable to you if you are no longer able to make your trip. An important note: Whether you can be refunded, and how much you can be refunded, depends on the terms and conditions of the travel package and accommodation where you have booked.
Does the total include flights and visas?
No. Flights and other travel items are arranges separately from your travel package and will therefore be at an additional cost, unless otherwise stated in the package you have chosen.
