Transportation
Flights are not included in the trip. Should you need to book a flight, you would have to book to land at the King Shaka International Airport or you can contact Asambeni Getaway to assist you with getting one of the best flight prices to KZN. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for any trip.
NOTE: There will be no transfers between the airport and hotel, that can be arranged for you on request.

Day 1
- Check into the hotel at any time after 3 p.m.
- 2-5 p.m.: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
- 6:30 p.m.: Welcome reception at the hotel with alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks (1 per person)
- The rest of the evening at your leisure. Dinner is at your own expense.
Day 2
- 6:30-10 a.m.: Buffet breakfast in the main dining room.
- Experience Your Full Body Hot Stone Massage
- Rest of the day at your leisure
Day 3
- 6:30-9:30 a.m.: Buffet breakfast in the main dining room.
- Check out of the hotel by 10 a.m.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the request however the Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge to accommodate different check-in /out times.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All changes to the original booking must be received in writing via email
The member has the right to cancel a booking but the following penalties will apply:
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 10% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 32+ days prior to the arrival date.
- Bookings cancelled are subject to a 100% cancellation fee on the booking value of the entire stay if cancelled within 0-31 days prior to the arrival date.
- No Shows and Early Departures are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
PREPAYMENT:
- You'll be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation
- A total of 100% is required 30 days before arrival of booking
- 100% prepayment for all 1 night stays

Name Change Policy: Name changes are subject to a R500 name change fee.
